Which color Chandelier will look best? Antique Green, Rust, White, or Black?
I have an open plan kitchen/living/dining room and would like to hang two chandeliers of the same color. Which color do you think would look best from the list above? The floor is terra cotta tiles, the cabinets are white, the countertops are black/white/grey speckled granite, the walls are light beige, the door handels are chrome, and the ceiling and exposed beams are white. The furniture is mostly white, or dk.brown leather. The house is in the country with a slight Provencal feel, so it is not modern, but it is brand new.
If you want your chandeliers to stand out and be noticed then I would suggest black. It will contrast nicely with the ceiling and beams. If the chandeliers are not meant for decorative purposes, or you don't necessarily want them to stand out I would suggest using white. The other two colors don't seem like they would fit in with your color scheme very well. Leave the color "pops" for your accessories and keep your base a neutral palette. I think a copper shade would be gorgeous too!
