Honda Element or Scion tC ?
I am looking at getting a Honda Element or a Scionv tC. I have heard mixed information about both cars. I wanted know which car would be better to get and which one would last the longest and be the safest. I also wanted to know if anyone know why on the Element there is a black/gray siding on the bottom of the car and if there is a certain year that the car was made with it or if it is an option?
any suggestions and comments would help!

Thats a tough question since they are very different vehicles. If you want lots of space, decent milage, and ugly looks, go with the Element. If you want nice looks, a lack of space, and a really slow car, get a TC. They're both kinda low on my list, but it's really up to what you want out of a car.
