looking for SUV accessories ........help!?
Ok. I'm in search for something for my 2001 Tahoe. I asked a previous question and found what I was looking for but not exactly what I needed. SO.. I need someone who knows where I can find.. or have made. Something like a keyhole guard.. but I want a chevy bowtie to go over my keyhole on the back cargo door of my tahoe. But the thing is I need it to be about 4 inches tall (3-4 inches) and at least 4 inches wide. I have some paint chipping around the keyhole and instead of having to repaint the whole door, I figured this would at least stop it from chipping and I'll get it repainted eventually.. when I have some cash. If anyone can help me that would be awesome. I'm not great at finding truck/suv parts. Even if it was some sort of magnet that I could cut a hole in. Just something to cover up the paint chipping away around the keyhole because my tahoe is black so the white/light undercolor is very obvious. Thanks in advance!!
Here's an idea. Go to your local sign shop or even some Kinko's you can have them cut out a vinyl decal whatever size you need like a chevy bowtie. you can get vinyl that looks like chrome or diamondplate that would look decent. you can cut a hole as needed. actually their vinyl cutting machine could cut out a perfect hole for you.
