Hamlin Oxide...used for cleaning dark occlusions in diamond and gemstones?

Any gemologist out there who can confirm whether there is such a product being used for cleaning diamond and other gemstones? Where exactly is the product being manufatured and what exactly is this liquid. Have done a search on google but the answers are inconclusive.

I have been a professional gemmologist for well over 40 years and believe me there is no easy way to remove inclusions from diamonds and other precious stones. Diamonds are sometimes laser drilled to burn out carbon spots but this leaves a telltale hole running through the stone. Heat treatment can help to remove inclusions in other stones (mainly the corundum gems) but even this is not wholly effective.
As to "Hamlin oxide" I have never heard of it - to have any oxide you must have a metal radical and oxygen and as there is no metal called Hamlin there is no hamlin oxide.
