Can playing Nintendo Wii baseball be the reason that my hips are hurting so badly?
We've recently purchased a Nintendo Wii. I've been playing the baseball game on it for the past week and a half, swinging the bat. I've noticed in the past few days my hips are really hurting very badly, almost to the point that I am in tears. Could this be because of the swinging I do when "hitting the ball"?
I've already gone through the sore arms from swinging at the ball, that has passed.
Are there muscles that I could have pulled?
Sounds like it. I would take a break form the Wii for a few days- Maybe go to the doc or a chiropractor to help you heal faster. Give your hips a break
