gli or fake?
ok somobedy is trying to sell me a 2000 vw jetta GlI it has all the accesories but the engine is a 2.0 automatic it has the racing recaro seats and r32 aristos wheels, the GLi enamble in the back and everythin it doesn't have power windows or sunroofs is this a gli or not he told me this was one of the first ones of the gli that came out, the guy told me this was given to him from a vw executive in mexico one of the fist gli that came out he brought the jetta from mexico, he used to work for vw in mexico at the plant they said it was a prototype of the new gli
I looked at kelly blue book and they don't show GLI as a trim package until 2002 (that one had a 2.8 in it, leather seats, all of the convenience options, pw, pl, cruise). If it is a prototype there should be some documentation that comes with it.

I would be very sceptical of this vehicle. If you aren't, I have a white 2.0 R32 that i am willing to sell. (that is a joke, anybody can slap on accessories that you can purchase and call a car something different)
