what is another option ?
than ruber ?

What types of flats are you getting? Are they punctures from thorns and stuff on the ground? Or are they pinch flats from when you hit hard to flat or case something?

If you're getting punctures, you could use a tire liner that goes on the tire to help protect things from poking through deep enough to puncture the inner tube. That's probably the best solution for bmx bikes. If you use Slime liquid sealant it might feel weird if you ride skateparks, etc. There are also some beefy "thorn-resistant" inner tubes but those things weigh a ton and don't really help all that much.

Pinch flats are caused when the tire bottoms out against the rim and squeezes the inner tube...you end up with 1 to 4 little holes in the tube depending on how bad you hit. You can air up your tires to a higher pressure or use a thicker inner tube to help with that. Using a larger tire can help, too. A 2.0" tire has a lot more air volume to cushion hard hits compared to a 1.75" tire. Also, some tires have stiffer sidewalls which can be a good thing in this case.

If weight or performance matters to you, then don't even consider the solid rubber/foam thingys. They take the place of an inner tube but they are just about worthless when it comes to riding. Your flats will be a thing of the past, though....just at a huge compromise.

Also....this is important. Make sure that you have rim strips on your wheel. Rubber strips or nylon/cloth tape that wraps onto the rim and covers the spoke holes beneath the inner tube. If you don't have rim strips the air pressure in the tube can force it into the spoke holes and cause it to rub a hole or get punctured on a big hit.

Hope this helps....post up again if you need more. :o )
