Should the perfect souffle be puffed open? Or should it have a smooth top. What if you see air bubbles??
I am a perfectionist and need to know what to look out for in the search for the perfect souffle. I'm experimenting with chocolate right now.
A perfect souffle should be puffed up with a round smooth top. It doesn't matter if there are air bubbles because it depends on the type of souffle you are making.
