2 TRIUMPH 12" DECALS STICKERS TRIPLE BONNEVILLE DAYTONA $5.00 |

Should I purchase a 2008 Daytona 675 Triple, or a GSXR 750, and why?
While I generally do not race, I draggin knee on the twisties, occasional basic tricks like pop-ups and indo stops, etc, but mostly the bike will be used to commute my short 16 mile hop to and from work on the freeway. Also, passenger comfort is a sizeable concern, because my amazon old lady will be riding on the back a lot of the time. She hated the r-6 and zx6-r, but felt that the gsxr was really comfortable. Me? I fealt between all bikes so far, the gsxr had a very good displacement of weight. When she was on the bike, it felt a hundred pounds lighter than when she was on the other bikes. Neither of us have sat on a Triumph 675 yet, but love the looks! Snd with that sexy Jardine pipe? I just might be spending more time with the bike than my wife... The Japanese bikes have been totally stupid looking over the past few years. I can't believe suzuki put the stupid turn flashers on the rear view mirror! I yank those off day 1! And the r-6? It looks like a friggin praying mantice!
awe.., the doctor who thinks I will care when I'M dead. that argument will never wok, what am I gonna say when I'm dead, darn, I'm not orthox-christian I believe in reincarnation and Karma. If I have the Karma then I'm gonna die one way or another.
The only people I care about when I die are friends and family, plus the stats aren't even that bad for motorcyclists, sure you're 3 times as likely to die in a crash, but you're half as likely to get in an accident.
As for your question, which I will answer, I would go with the gixxer, the japs just flat out know how to do a sport bike, triumph only makes one. If you don't count the speed triple and the street triple. Plus the extra displacement will make it feel like the passenger stopped eating for a couple weeks.
