I remember in High School Science a formula for polishing silver.?
The formula involved boiling water, a wad of aluminum foil and something else, maybe baking soda or vinegar. Does anyone know the formula that is willing to share? I remember mom hated it as it took ALL the tarnish out of all the crevaces.
Line a glass container with aluminum foil, add a cup of baking soda and pour in enough hot water to cover the item and dissolve the baking soda. Let it soak until it is tarnish free and dry thoroughly immediately to avoid water spots that will quickly tarnish.
