What's the purpose in using brushes to detail the interior of a vehicle?
I really cannot see the purpose in using a detail brush for the interior of a vehicle. I watched several videos of professional detailers using this method in conjunction with a foaming cleaner to supposedly get every nick and cranny. However, I tried doing this in my vehicle and it didn't seem to do anything. A Q-tip seemed to do the trick in most little areas. What am I missing here?
P.S. I tried using a detail brush for the wheels and it did an excellent job at getting around the lug nuts, etc.
